Leah Nevarez

I'm an extremely positive, patient and hard working individual. I enjoy working with children and I have a passion for making music. I'm looking for the ideal position that will allow me to keep learning and growing as an educator. My background has been child care, but I'm looking to be more hands on, using music in an actual classroom or therapeutic environment. Upon completion of my Masters, I hope to someday own my own studio geared towards providing low-income youth with free, to low cost music lessons. In the mean time my focus is on finding a position that empowers youth through positive communication skills and art.
