"Located in the heart of the beautiful Texas hill country in Wimberley, Rocky River Ranch has been operating as a private summer camp for girls since 1953." (rockyriverranch.com) Lily taught a variety of classes, such as rock wall, rapelling, cooking, tennis, and painting. The Rocky River difference is the independence campers are given as well as the communication between camper and counselor, both parties get to truly know one another. This form of communication and freedom allow campers to foster independence as well as care for others.
