Supports the day-to-day operation and modification/update of the deployed learning content management system (LCMS), learning management system (LMS), and electronic grade books (EGB) that support the on-site training team. Performs programming analysis such as investigating the feasibility of alternate program design approaches to determine the best balanced solution. Implements the interrelations of files and records within programs which will effectively fit into the overall design of the deployed LCMS, LMS and EGB; working with problems or concepts, develops programs for the solution to meet contract delivery requirements requiring the analysis and development of descriptions of functions to be programmed, and develops occasional special programs. Responsible to the C2 site/courseware manager for timely and accurate submission of all required reports and documentation as required.
