In the manufacturing business there are all types of "success". However, the companies that stand out to me are those that achieve not just financial success, but are also noted for producing high-quality products that perform as they are supposed to and last for as long as you would expect. Profitability is fundamental, but quality is what sustains it! These are the type of organizations that I admire--and the kind of management, work ethic, and goals that I relate to and practice. My background is a combination of senior-level production management and engineering positions as well as hands-on fabrication, technical diagnostics, and repair. This unique blend of experience enables me to plan and manage projects from a synthesis of vantage points, make use of productive collaboration, and has fortunately yielded quite positive results!
