Maddison Raba

I am a full-time Music Business major at Belmont University and intern with AGD Entertainment. I am on the leadership team of Belmont's chapter of the American Marketing Association as its VP of Advertising and Promotions, and am a member of Service Corps, DECA, The Recording Academy, and IJM. I have previously studied Conflict Analysis and Resolution at George Mason University as well as Business Management at NVCC, and recently completed an internship with Supernova Recording Studios as a marketing specialist and general business assistant. I also have previous experience as a research intern with the Freeland Foundation. My most significant passions are music, social justice, and business, and I intend to pursue a career that combines the three. I am passionate about many aspects of music, and have attended the PAVAN Governor's School for the Performing Arts three consecutive years for vocal performance. I have also been a part of numerous bands, studios, and choirs as a performer, music arrangement specialist, business and marketing specialist, and live sound technician. I am equally as passionate about human rights and social justice. I founded the first ever high school chapter of International Justice Mission, and have performed extensive research on human trafficking and wildlife exploitation as an intern with the Freeland Foundation. I am currently working towards finding a crossroads of the aforementioned passions, and intend to find (or create) a career in which I can be deeply involved with the music industry while supporting altruistic and humanitarian causes.
