- Conducted testing, analyzed results and documented the future procedure for processing client information requests (bank statements, check images, etc.); specifically, subpoenas and other large volume requests. Involved establishing an interaction between ANF Technology Suite - information request management software - and Rimage 3400 - disc publishing hardware - which allows for information requests to be burned to CDs rather than paper; more time-efficient and environmentally friendly - Learned the current procedure for processing bill payments as well as the future procedure; documented the future procedure and explained within the documentation the reason for the procedural modification (cost/time benefits); involved the understanding of the correlation between various departments within the bank - Assisted with the transfer of new client account information from First Niagara Bank to KeyBank as a result of the merger; entered the new client information into KeyBank's mainframe (over 500 information inputs) - Created a graphical representation of employee production outputs for the management reference within the ACH Department using Microsoft Excel - Acquired an intermediary level of knowledge for Microsoft Visio, Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft OneNote as well as acquiring a deeper knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
