Maria Jernigan

Member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
My impact on the world will be at the nexus of education, innovation, and globalization. I am fiercely passionate about re-envisioning secondary schooling to create a more meaningful and inclusive learning experience, while also empowering students with the innovative skills that our globalized world will require. I've done student-centered learning research in Finland, Wisconsin, and Colorado, with upcoming project-based learning fieldwork in Australia and New Zealand. If it has "project-based learning" or "ed tech" in the title, I'm your person!
