I served 6 years in the United States Air Force. I have 2 beautiful children (14 and 10) and am a Food & Fitness Coach. I have my own Personal Fitness Training/Nutrition Counseling business: No Excuses! Marilyn Ward, LLC and am also the CEO of Fit Families USA, Corp. my non-profit organization aiding in the fight against obesity. I currently graduated from Troy University with a Master's degree in Sport & Fitness Management and am applying for the Doctor of Philosophy in Sport Management in the fall.
