Mark Smith

As the Director of Operations at Gullifty's Restaurant, I am responsible for directing all aspects of a high-volume, full-service, casual dining bar and restaurant. My job is to make sure that every one of the two-hundred-thousand people we serve every year are completely satisfied with their experience. This is achieved by developing a culture of teamwork, providing excellent service, and producing a consistently high quality product.
