• Manage the staff and project planning for the Aquarium, Petting Zone, and Caribbean Trail sections of the zoo • Care for animals in Aquarium, Petting Zone, and Caribbean Trail (fish, stingrays, crabs, alpacas, lizards, armadillos, goats, iguanas, amazons, etc.) including maintaining clean enclosures, preparing diets, monitoring health and behavior, and providing enrichment activities • Educate visitors about natural history and ecological importance of animals • Present educational programs to groups of visitors about owls and the Indian River Lagoon • Operational knowledge of aquarium and pool water chemistry • Certified Pool & Spa Operator • Certified in First Aid/CPR
