O&M of RTN,SDH & DWDM [IP MPLS Backbone] MW links expansion and software upgrade. O&M and alarm computation at U2000 of OSN, DWDM, RTN & Huawei NE80E,NE40E & NE5000E routers MPLS network. Media configuration & troubleshooting of services for corporate customers including Banks & other Telecom Operators. Media configuration for new LTE sites. Fault escalation for local and international services including internet traffic and SDH circuits within SLA Fault resolution, coordination with R&D and follow up as per SLA. Compiling traffic stats and bandwidth utilization reports from NMSs of routers (Huawei NE80E, NE40E, NE5000E) and RTN. Conducting planned and emergency O&M (including shutdowns) activities and support to field engineers. Daily transmission and data communication alarms analysis. Preparing daily microwave RSL report and analysis as per link budgets.

O&M of SDH and DWDM network of National Backbone Pakistan. Providing L‐1 & L‐2 support to field teams throughout Pakistan. Troubleshooting of Pakistan Internet Exchange’s 10G wavelengths. Knowledge of installation practices together with field based resolution of technical issues, providing technical support to customers, colleagues and promoting safe and secure environment. Media services configuration on ZTE & Huawei SDH for PTCL transmission core network. Identification of High Loss Sections of ZTE & Huawei 10G DWDM fiber network. Conducting planned shutdowns & joint testing with field teams to improve line loses of nationwide Optical Fiber Network. Debugging and localization of the faults in case of Optical Fiber Cable breakdowns and co‐ordination with concerned divisions for fault rectification.
