• Executes program management for the U.S. Navy’s Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command. • Conducts project support across a New Ship Construction project to include project lead, project and financial management staff, and the engineering staff. • Develops and tracks cost, schedule, and performance of C4I (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence) new construction project for the Navy’s Land Platform/Dock (LPD) ships. • Develops and maintains Integrated Product Team project management plans to include Requirement Management Plans, Schedule Management Plans, Cost Management Plans, Quality Management Plans, Communication Management Plans, Risk Management Plans, Procurement Management Plans, and Configuration Management Plans. • Provides program process execution support and ensures the IPT processes and procedures are executed in a disciplined fashion. • Creates briefs and presentation storyboards through stakeholder solicitation on specific management and lead technical activities. • Executes Surface Sub-Portfolio Program Operations Guide on Configuration Management (CM) and Knowledge Management (KM) processes.
