With my acceptance letter I was offered the Founders Scholarship. "For the 15-16 academic year this scholarship is awarded to incoming first time, new students based on academic performance in high school. The candidates are chosen during the admission selection process. Incoming students must have a high school GPA between a 2.7 and 3.09. The scholarship is 10,000 annually and is renewable for four years provided students maintain a minimum 2.3 GPA at Lasell College."

Lasell College Drama Club

I was voted Vice President the end of my first semester during my freshman year. I have acted in Seussical and Arsenic and Old Lace my freshman year. As a part of Arsenic and Old Lace I was in charge of costumes and props. The spring of my sophomore year I acted in Heathers. I was also active president while our official president was studying abroad. With every production I have and will be in, I also enjoy helping with set, props, costumes, makeup and hair.

Anything Goes: Lasell College's Improv Club

I joined Anything Goes fall of my freshman year. I became president spring of my freshman year. It is a small group of student performs, student ran, where we practice the 'art' of improvising. We do a couple of performances a semester, but mostly enjoy playing games with each other for fun and some laughs. Besides having a good time, I have also improved my acting skills and quick wit. I have definitely practiced thinking quick on my feet.

I acted in a musical (Wizard of Oz) and a play (Our Town) as well as helping creating the set and costumes. I helped design and paint backgrounds and props. I worked with the seamstresses to style actors, design the costumes, do simple sewing and physically create many costumes including the entire tin man costume out of foam. My favor task is doing the hair and makeup. I did most the casts hair and makeup including a the lion's makeup during a quick change in less than seven minutes.

S.T.A.R.7

S.T.A.R.7 is student theater at regional 7. It is a student ran theater group which rents my high school's stage but we work together in every other aspect. Ages from 12 to 21 participate creating a wide range of minds making every show creative and unique. I acted and worked on The Crucible and Footloose and plan on continuing and hopefully director one in a couple of years.
