Monique Duncan

Throughout my career, I have learned that adaptability in the hospitality industry is a key to success -- whether as a team leader or while working in tandem with others toward a common goal. While developing in my career, I have been attending Georgia State University, where I will receive a bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration. During my matriculation, I learned the theory of how to analyze STR reports and learn their functions; I received my CHIA certification in July 2016. I also work with the YMCA, where I successfully: Re-developed the Parents Night Out program into a successful program with steady monthly attendance. When not planning for the next Parent's Night Out, I am the lead trainer for new program and membership registration staff. I am currently looking to join a well established corporation where I can apply my skills to a fast-paced and growing culture. When I can, I like to tutor in math. When I'm not working or tutoring, I like to step away and get outside or exercise. I enjoy hiking and camping. I also take ballet classes.
