I organize the social events for the conference we host in the spring. In preparation of the Harvard Nation Conference, I research the political, economic, and social tendencies of a foreign country, and then compartmentalize their views to formulate cohesive and persuasive arguments regarding a series of international issues. This club hones my ability to write, speak publicly, improvise, think objectively and critically, and collaborate with people of both the same and opposing views as mine.

I participate in the TRec and EPAC Ad-hoc committees. The former works to improve technology on campus, while the latter reaches out to clubs to assist with event planning.

Conduct research with Professor Jim Doyle on how our psychology affects human environmental practices. We are working on developing an environmental footprint calculator for college students by researching existing calculators and sources of carbon emission, speaking with WPI faculty about living facilities and statistics. developing an algorithm to calculate environmental footprint, and creating a user-friendly website. We are currently in the preliminary stage of the research process.
