Acts as receptionist for selected faculty, greeting and/or transporting visitors, answering telephones, triaging calls and taking messages as needed. Maintains offices and orders supplies, gathers receipts for reimbursements. Researches data and compiles summaries as needed which includes investigating data sources independently from primary sources such as the library, internet, files, etc
