I'm an avid hiker and outdoorsman from North Haverhill, New Hampshire. I've studied Culinary Arts and Service Management at Paul Smith's College since Fall 2012, with the goal of owning and operating my own establishment someday. In 2013, I finished hiking the Adirondack 46 High Peaks, and am currently working on the Northeast 115 4000-footers. I'm also actively pursuing the purchase of a bar and bowling alley business in Woodsville, NH, which will hopefully open for business in January, 2016.

Cook at Camp Treetops

Duties involve preparing food for up to 120 people, working with small children, and both managing and teaching other kitchen staff, ages 16-18, throughout the summer. I would often be the most senior, if not the only staff member working in the kitchen.
