•My duties involve providing pharmacy services which include, but are not limited to preparing and distributing pharmaceuticals. I deliver medications according to Pyxis usage reports and state regulations. My duties also require me to make appropriate charges to all floors, units, and/or departments. I also have to generate all required reports and fill sheets on a timely basis. I assist with drug stock inventory in the pharmacy and patient care areas by performing inventory controls and compliance audits and exchanges medications for code carts, as needed.

•My duties involve entering, filling, compounding, third party billing, transferring, and selling prescriptions as well as transcribing prescription information from Physicians and other healthcare providers under the supervision of a Register Pharmacist. I also assist in counseling patients, conducting medication therapy management (MTM) reviews, medication adherence calls, inventory management, ensuring federal and state laws regarding dispensing control substances are followed correctly.
