Jonathan Pang

Involved in the work of the mechanical engineering department. Performed HVAC services for the firm's customers. Duties include shop drawing reviews, HVAC zoning, demolition and construction, equipment schedules, and performing general administrative activities to support professional engineers.

My responsibilities, as a full-time student in Union College, include assisting the college's career center in the systematic planning and execution of networking events, tutoring students in the areas of mechanical engineering, math, physics, and language (particularly Chinese & Japanese). I am also committed to a research project involving the spectroscopic characterization of a single aerosol particle using an electrodynamic balance. Over the course of my college education, I had worked in small design teams, in which one of my favorite design projects thus far features a novel (orthopaedic) design of a reverse shoulder prosthesis that addresses the issue of scapular notching. My other hobbies in college are badminton, gym, and small nature appreciation activities.
