RIT FoodShare is an initiative by Student Government, RIT Office of Sustainability, RIT Residence Life and the School of Communication to reduce food waste and add food insecurity amongst students. My responsibilities include: - Overseeing FoodShare operations - Promote FoodShare on campus and on social media to grow its outreach - Organize food donation drives - Co-ordinate and communicate with volunteer corps - Training students staff/volunteers on safe food handling protocols for received donations
