Samantha Ricketts

Student at Miami University majoring in Strategic Communication with a minor in Management and Leadership. Through my experience as the captain of the varsity lacrosse team, I have learned important leadership and communication skills. Being Vice President of Key Club, an organization about service, taught me the importance of service. After becoming secretary of National Honor Society at Mariemont High School, valuable organizational skills have been developed. With this being said, I hope to use my experiences to increase my involvement with the Delta Zeta sorority as a new active member. Joining this organization has taught me skills including collaboration, increased knowledge on the importance and purpose of service, understanding and exploring different options, time management, and decision-making.
