Manages full-cycle recruiting and selection process for positions within assigned functional area by collaborating with partners to identify ideal candidate skills and experience needed; sourcing a diverse candidate pool using various methods (for example, cold calling, social networking, job board/internet mining) while promoting employment value proposition; planning and executing the interview process; communicating expectations, feedback, and status information to candidates, customers, hiring managers, cross-functional partners, and other stakeholders throughout the selection process; providing selection recommendations for functional areas and business unit positions; managing the offer process, including negotiating and communicating offer information, compensation, and benefits; ensuring effective on-boarding of new hire; and ensuring selection process documentation is completed and entered into human resource systems.
