As an implementation specialist, we work on a team to ensure projects are finished on time and use the suitable amount and type of resources. We will have discussions with not only our technical teams but also with the client, to help determine the best design/specifications for the client. We must help the team to begin meeting with the client, demonstrate how the implementation process will work. Being an implementation specialist we often have to coordinate with teams to initiate the on-boarding process (by getting all the permissions and contact names needed to begin). We also need to document all meetings, timelines, and communications with the various teams and the client. Sometimes, we will need to create documents for new implementations, record procedures, and checklists to help identify any potential needs, outliers, or problems with the client that may arise.
