As Catering Coordinator, I manage all catering clients and sales that come in and out of the Gadsden store. I handle the order itself, from taking it, making it, packaging it, and delivering it. I handle all the sales calls and marketing for the catering business in the Gadsden store. I make weekly sales calls as well as calls for each individual order. I also market creative ways of bringing in business for our store in person, whether it be making and selling holiday gift baskets for a set price or bringing cookies to business to bring in potential business. I manage sales calls through the computer website Salesforce and also other systems used by the Panera Bread company.

As cashier, I make sure customers know they are going to receive great customer service and knowledgeable answers to any question they may have about Panera Bread's menu, the store, or the company as a whole. I manage money and make sure the customer's know they are going to receive the right amount and security of their private information. As drive thru, I deliver customer's food with speed and accuracy as well as give them a warm customer experience through the drive thru. I handle money on a cash register as I would working cashier inside the store. As a line worker, I can make anything on the menu with speed and accuracy and make sure it will be presented on plates and bowls with commercial quality. I make sure every food item is at proper temperatures and make sure everything is up to par with safety regulations. As prepper, I prepare ingredients the line workers will make food with. I make sure everything is in correct measurements and that every ingredient being made into foods is fresh, clean, and prepared correctly. Everything prepared must be up to par with safety regulations and in proper temperature. As server, I make sure to deliver the food with friendliness and warmth. I help any customer with any questions and talk to them like they are a friend. I keep the dining room clean and stocked, making sure it stays the "everyday oasis" that Panera wants it to be.
