Mallory Sliman

Hi, my name is Mallory Sliman. I am a junior student-athlete at the University of Mount Union. I am majoring in Public Relations and minoring in Sport Business. My family owns a business and this has gotten me involved with giving back to our community. This has really shaped what I want to do in my life. My career goal is to work for a non-profit organization or become involved in community outreach. I am very passionate about helping other people and trying to make a difference in peoples lives so I feel like that would be the perfect fit. I have learned many lessons from being an athlete. I have been the captain of several sports teams, including being a captain as a sophomore on the Mount Union volleyball team. I have developed leadership and team skills such as working with others, leading people by example, and using my energy in order to motivate others as well as time management skills. These are things that can help me when I am out in my career field. I am very excited to see what my future holds for me.
