Steven Judd

I currently work as a Lead Engineer in the System Planning Department of ISO New England. My responsibilities include representing the ISO in national regulatory and industry forums and developing new methodologies and procedures for system planning to meet the evolving requirements of today's power grid. Prior to ISO New England, I served as a project manager/senior electrical engineer for Burns & McDonnell within the Business & Technology Services division of our Wallingford, CT office. During my time at the firm, I worked on a variety of projects around the country and overseas making clients successful and gained valuable experience in the power system planning and operations fields. Prior to Burns & McDonnell, I spent the first five years of my career with ISO New England in their Transmission Planning Department managing regional planning study working groups and coordinating the development of the regional network planning model.
