Jaclyn Szucs

I am a RAC-CT certified RN MDS Coordinator that has been at the same company for 20 years in various jobs. I have great skills in most computer programs and have done almost all jobs in the nursing department to gain knowledge and advance. Jobs include icd 10 coding, managing MDS department, MDS, Care Planning, inservices with nurses and STNA ad needed, teaching STNA the ADLs and computer teaching, PPS, QI/QM, CMS, assessments etc. I am also a wife, mother, student and worship team member of my church.
