The Global Operations and Technology (O&T) FP&A team is the analytical / reporting function within the O&T Finance organization. The team has ownership of Enterprise O&T’s budgets, forecasts, and monthly analytics and is responsible for the consolidation of Global O&T which includes businesses such as Consumer O&T, ICG O&T and Other O&T. The group works closely with the Corporate FP&A and Citi FP&A business leads. A part of supporting a number of projects such as: Senior management analytics / presentations, investment optimization & tracking, productivity tracking & governance and ad-hoc requests. By contributing to each of these areas, the FMA will gain knowledge to all areas of O&T financial performance, interact with peers across the O&T businesses as well as the Global FP&A organization and will be able to interact with different levels of the organization.
