Senior Underwriter; System Construction and Professional Program Implementation Executive at Aon Affinity Insurance Services, Inc. / K&K Commercial Solutions

Initially assigned as Underwriting Manager for SERVPRO® Risk Retention Group. Reviewing prior work flow and implementing new processes to stream line workflow, underwriting accuracy and auditable paperless file management. Reviewing coverage, forms and documentation to recommend positive changes to program. Providing data/analytic support to group management in order to coordinate data and reporting from multiple legacy systems, new systems and third party administrator systems. Within first month of program acquisition, personally designed, implemented and now maintain a MS Access database for managing policy data and policy issuance for the RRRG program, allowing for a seamless transition from the prior administrator. Also designed, implemented and maintain an integrated MS Excel based underwriting/risk review/quote system for all new and renewal business. Aon Affinity won “Best in Show” for the SERVPRO® Franchisee Insurance Program Launch at the 2015 Insurance Marketing & Communications Association (IMCA) Showcase Awards Gala.
