Christina Grimes

I am part of the Kephart family! If you're a Kephart, it's highly likely we're related. My mother was Carolyne, daughter of Della Maxine Kephart, and granddaughter of John and Della Kephart. I have great memories of Kephart family reunions and of my family near and far--many that I haven't seen for years. I have a Bachelor's degree in Art Education and a Master's degree in Education. I've been married to John since 1984. We have a grown daughter, Jennifer, a granddaughter, Destiny, and a grandson, Dylan. I spoil them, because that's my job. ;) We live in NW Ohio, where my husband grew up. But we met and married in Washington State...and hope to visit there one of these years. I love to be creative...it feeds my soul. I love oil painting, mixed media, digital art, photo editing, photography, stained glass, altered art, art journaling, primitive crafting, poetry, and lots more. I have several addictions (at least those I'm willing to admit to): Outlander (I'm on book 3 and love the show!), The Vampire Diaries, Sleepy Hollow, LOST, FRIENDS, Michael Jackson, Elvis, The Food Network, and Game of Thrones (no, I haven't read the books) :) Occasionally I'm a book addict and I read every day for months. Then I sort of don't read at all for awhile. But don't try to pin me down to a favorite genre or book because I don't have one. They change all the time. I like all kinds of books--although I don't read a lot of Sci-Fi. I also love music, all kinds. Whether I'm online, or painting, or cleaning--I like to listen to music while I do it. Some things to know about me: Sometimes I ramble on too much (obviously). I am my mother's daughter, and damn proud of it. I will never purposely hurt those that I love. I will never play the victim. I'm strong and I can stand up for myself, but I'm not invincible. If I love you, I love you with my whole heart. When I speak my mind on FB, it's because my heart compels me to--and for no other reason. There is never malice involved with what I post; only the intent to make my heart known. If you can understand that, you'll never be offended by what I post. If you want to know anything else about me, all you have to do is ask.
