Tracey Munniks

Majoring in Communication
Azusa Pacific University, Class of 2017
From Pomona, CA
I am passionate about success in all that avenues that I pursue. I am a 9-year veteran of the U.S. Armed Forces. During my time serving our country, I developed critical interpersonal and managing skills that became the foundation of all my endeavors. Using these skills, I decided to pursue the hospitality industry where I was able to engage my customer service skills on a face-to-face level. After establishing a proven dependability track record, I applied for a front desk manager position and was awarded the privilege of leading a team of 10 front desk agents. This opportunity allowed me to cultivate my leadership abilities which included assigning teams for collaboration, delegating project duties, and implementing new policy procedures. As I have embarked on furthering my education, I continue to exemplify the same determination of success as I have in the past. During my time at Mount San Antonio College I was honored to make the Dean's list and be a part of the Alpha Gamma Sigma Honor Society. I will receive my Associate's Degree in Organizational Communication in June 2014. For Fall 2014 I will be attending Azusa Pacific University to pursue a Bachelor's Degree in Communications with a Minor in Business Management. I remain fully committed to my academic studies as I seek career opportunities that are strongly compatible with the skills I possess while allowing me to develop new ones. In closing, if you would like to reach me to further discuss how I will be an asset to your team, I can be reached by phone at (909) 708-6279 or via email at traceymunniks@gmail.com. I very much look forward to speaking with you.
