Nancy Smith

My name is Nancy Smith.  My husband, Ed and I have been married for 24 years. We have 5 children between us, Miguel, Brittany, Chris, Brock and Brianna. We are also proud owners to our little boy Prince (7 year old Mini-Schnauzer). I put off my education due to my husbands status with the military and to focus solely on ensuring I was an active parent to the children as it related to their education, guidance and extra curricular activities. After my two older children graduated and my husband retired, I started focusing on my dream and do whatever it took to  achieve it. My father passed in June 2010 and his last wish was I would get my MBA and pass the CPA exam and start my own firm as he encouraged me because the boys my baby brothers had achieved theirs. So, even though dad is not here physically I look forward to the day I walk across the stage and he sees me (his only daughter) graduate with my MBA. I have maintained a 3.65 G.P.A while working full-time,volunteering and maintaining the other job of mom and wife.  While attending high school, I was a member of the Marietta High School track team, basketball team and softball and softball coach. I have been a mentor, basketball coach, and softball coach to our youth. I am happy to say that I am a Christian and I was saved on July 16, 2013.  On February 16, 2014, will be a very excited and happy day as I am baptized and ANEW with my new life and purposes under the direction of God's plan. I am a member of Trinity Chapel.
