Ricardo F. Vivancos Prez is Associate Professor of Spanish and Latin@ Studies at George Mason University. He received his Ph.D. from the University of California, Santa Barbara and specializes in transnational Chicana/o, Latina/o studies, Latin American studies, Exile studies, and Feminist and Queer theories. His most recent work includes his book Radical Chicana Poetics (Palgrave Macmillan, 2013), the first critical edition of Gloria Anzalda's Borderlands/La Frontera (co-edited with norma Cant. Aunt Lute Books, forthcoming 2017), articles on social movements in Spain and Latin America, on exile and immigration in Hispanic literatures, on transatlantic Hispanic studies, and on the relationship between human rights, feminisms, and literary forms. During my career at Mason, I have designed and taught courses on 22 different topics at the advanced undergraduate level, and at the graduate level. I am the sole author of one book, 11 journal articles, 15 book chapters, 8 book reviews, and more than 50 invited lectures/conference presentations in the United States, Europe, and Latin America. Aunt Lute Books, aparicin en 2017), as como numerosos ensayos sobre la cultura fronteriza y de la dispora de hispanos en los Estados Unidos, con nfasis en los estudios de gnero y sexualidad, y en la relacin entre derechos humanos, arte y literatura. En George Mason University, he diseado y enseado cursos sobre 22 temas diferentes a nivel avanzado subgraduado, y a nivel graduado. Soy autor de un libro, 11 artculos en revistas de investigacin, 15 captulos en libros acadmicos, 8 reseas de libros y ms de 50 presentaciones en conferencias o como ponente invitado en Estados Unidos, Europa y Latinoamrica.
