Yolanda Montgomery-Curtis

I worked as an independent contractor for the Early Childhood Education field for 12 years providing business support in startups, expansions, and trainings. Additionally, I worked in a variety of positions providing, peer support and transitional assistant from joblessness, homelessness, and mental institutions all relevant to the field of Human Services. Whereas, I was recognized for providing over 15 years of award winning employment services while exceeding placement goals funded by Federal funded Contracts. I am Bilingual fluent in Spanish and have excellent communication and motivational speaking skills. In my position for the Mayor Office of Community Service I was selected as official representative at meetings with both government and private industries. My background includes fiscal, and employee management with extensive sales, marketing and public relations experience. My educational pursuit is to accomplish a Masters degree in Public Administration to develop my leadership and management skills at Delaware State University.
