Youth Advocate at LIVING IN SAFE ALTERNATIVES, INC.

Youth Advocates are responsible to work directly with residents to support them in the development of daily living skills, working through problems and issues, helping them navigate daily living/personal challenges, and coordinating and/or providing transportation when needed. They will support the facilitation of goals on the individual service plans and work closely with all members of the SAIL staff team, support the Case Coordinators, and receive direction from the Program Supervisor to ensure a safe, effective program. Responsible for documenting daily progress of residents and facilitation of the TIER System.
