I love my career decision and being a healthcare professional is rewarding in more ways than I can express. My career allows me to help the ill during their times of need and provide them with a high level of care that I know they deserve. It is and will continue to be rewarding and yet challenging, allowing me to continue to learn and grow as a healthcare provider. I believe being an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse broadens my scope of practice and allows me to further develop caring and therapeutic relationships with patients. In the nursing profession, ongoing education enhances us as individuals and makes us more credible. I plan to utilize my education and provide a higher level of care to achieve optimal outcomes through critical analysis and evidence-based decision-making. I plan to empower my patients and serve as an educator of overall health and wellness promotion to avoid serious health complications and hospitalizations. I am eager to serve the patient community and I am looking forward to my career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
