Amanda Shemwell

I am a mother of five gorgeous children. I am a shy person at first but once you get to know me I am a good friend to have. I have known that I wanted to become a preschool teacher ever since elementary school. I did volunteerfor two years at my daughters preschool and even though Iwasn't teaching the children I was just happy that I was able to experience the joy of being a helper. I didn't start college straight out of high school I had started three years after at Grand Canyon University Online and I attended there for two years. I was going to get my bachelor's degree in Early Childhood. I had then chose to get my Associates degree to where I can work while still furthering my education. I have been through some rough spots in my past and I am trying to better myself not only for my children but for myself as well. I want to show them that they can do anything that they set their minds to.
