• Serve as a leader to 61 female residents in Loretto Hall, housing 250 first year students • Serve in 24/7 duty rotation and provide direction during emergency situations • Guide first year students in their transition to college as a mediator, educator and mentor • Deliver important information to residents and report maintenance issues in a timely manner • Develop, evaluate, facilitate, and support floor and building wide programs to maintain a comfortable living and learning community for all resident students, focusing on the values of community service, diversity, leadership, health and wellness, faith and academics • Enforce campus policies while educating students on college rules, regulations and policies

• Served as a leader in the residence hall to maintain a safe and healthy living community • Responsible for various tasks for summer conferences and residents living in the residence halls while providing flexible and consistent customer service • Collaborated with Orientation staff to provide extensive knowledge of Residence Life to incoming students • Worked at the front desk of the residence hall and served in a 24/7 on call duty rotation
