Amirhossein Farvardin
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Class of 2014
From Worcester, Mass.

I see myself as a person capable of contributing to the resolution of some of the world’s problems, seeing an education in one of the fields of bioengineering as a strong way to achieve that. What concerns me the most is the role of mechanics in biomedical systems; I feel that Biomechanics is where I will be most able to both contribute to the global community and to develop an understanding in a field which interests me personally.
