Assist office personnel with various administrative functions such as answering the phone, filing, making copies, sorting through correspondence and routing it to the correct person, while answering questions from visitors to the office and on the telephone. Performing special duties such as the updating of the CVs of the faculty, representing the Department at a recruitment event, advised and performed duties regarding to outreach and social media, and translation as part of a research project.

Logistical support for meetings and public events. Assist in the coordination of communication and correspondence between Department and other offices within and without the University.
