A. Keeping and maintaining minutes of all Executive and General meetings of RHA. B. Maintaining and archiving all RHA documents including minutes, agendas, and funding reports as needed. C. Maintaining records of membership and determining voting membership status and quorum. D. Serving at least two office hours per week. E. Ensuring that all websites and social media relating to RHA are kept current and reflect accurate information.

Operate and understand University of Hartford building policies for the Gengras Student Union and Konover Buildings Open and close building Set up rooms in student union for student and faculty use Maintain close relationships with University Staff for events etc. Responsible for accurate arrangement of rooms, per event specifications, for meetings and activities and responded to the needs of the various clients. Supervised and collaborated with the other staff of Student Centers Administration (Office Assistants, Event Staff, Game Room Staff, and Marketing Staff) during building rounds. Co-responsible with Game Room Staff for cash count at the opening/closing of the building concession stand.

Care for and administer first aid to sick and injured patients.
