I am quite the busy person - both academically and otherwise. I am a full-time student here at ICC and have been since the Fall Semester of 2013, but was a part-time student beginning in the summer of 2012. Currently I am looking to earn a transfer degree to a four-year university so I can possibly continue my career in journalism, as writing is my passion and a career in journalism just seems fun to me. While writing is a subject I have a lot of fun with, I keep myself pretty busy doing loads of other activities as well. For example, I am currently a columnist for the Harbinger here at ICC, I volunteer for East Peoria Rock Church as a door greeter, I participate actively in Crew here at ICC, and I manage a local punk band as well. As one could observe, I lead a pretty busy life - but it's all worth it! I love the activities in which I participate and I'm always trying to do something more for my community!
