Caroline Desmedt

I am a junior at James Madison University double majoring in Intelligence Analysis and Religion. Intelligence Analysis has given me the tools to not only problem solve, but take any information, interpret and understand it. My background in religion helps me to better understand and relate to different cultures and people. With both of these majors it is required that I be a proficient communicator verbally and on paper. In addition to my studies at James Madison, I am Vice President for Recruitment for the Panhellenic Council. With this leadership position, I have assisted with many events that benefit the community.This position entails organization, delegation, and the ability to problem solve quickly and efficiently. Not only did I find that I was able to lead logistically, but I also enjoyed the personal aspect of my experience. It was important to me to build relationships with everyone involved in the process.
