Catherine Foreman

I'm a Senior at Georgia Southern University in Statesboro, GA. I am searching for an internship for the Summer of 2016 in the Event Planning aspect of the Hospitality Industry. I have worked with planning events for my sorority since August of 2014. Currently, I am the Vice President of Academic Affairs for my school's chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon. I am in charge of a multitude of tasks including keeping a chapter of 100+ women motivated about their academic excellence and creating semi-custom academic plans for those who are not in good standing. Recently, I updated our chapter's method of logging study hours through the use of an app called "My Greek Study." People who work with me find me to be very extroverted, exuberant, and goal oriented. I have an analytical and detail oriented mind, and am very hardworking. I am very well traveled for someone my age, which has made me aware of various cultural norms. While I work well on my own, I do like some input from a group. I am currently pursuing a BBA in Business Management with an emphasis in Hotel Restaurant Management. I have completed two minors in Spanish and Fashion Merchandising.
