Chloe Morgane

~~Hello Everyone!
My name is Chloe Morgane.  I was born and raised in Southern California, and I currently reside in Bixby Knolls, Long Beach, CA.  I’m a mother of two boys, Dylan and Jake, and I’ve been a hairstylist for over 30 years. I returned to school in 2006 to start my second career, as a Chef.  I’m a certified Chef and Pastry Chef, have received my Associates Degree of Science in Culinary Arts, and I’m currently finishing a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Human Resources. Along with my hair career, I’ve worked in many different hotels and restaurants, from the front-of-the-house, to the back-of-the house, in a variety of capacities.  I’m looking forward to continuing my work in Culinary Arts, and returning to work in the hotel/resort industry.  I’ve been a member of the Department Scholars at CSUDH, which is a group of distinguished students that work with the Dean, and faculty of the College of Business and Public Policy, to support and promote activities on campus. I also enjoy surfing, but haven’t had much time to get to the beach, since I decided to continue my education.  I’m very grateful for my education, and the many great professors who made it possible.
