I have been in the Foodservice Industry since 1996, and I have worked just about every position available. I have worked my way up from the bottom, bussing tables, all the way up to General Manager.
I have been with AVI Foodservice since 2011. I have been a Prep Cook, Chef, and now General Manager. Since being promoted, I have been placed in an account that historically lost money. I have managed to turn the account around to produce a profit for the overall company. I am consistently under budget and food cost, as well.

• Completes Weekly/Daily Purchase Orders
• Completes Profit and Loss Reports (P&L)
• Completes Weekly Inventory
• Completes Weekly Accountability Reports (WAR)
• Completes Payroll and Employee Schedules
• Completes Price Comparison Reports
• Time management for breakfast and lunch prep and serve for employees
• Customer relations with Vendors
• Supports local Clients
• Maintains overall record system for inventory, employees, and the account
• Tracks trends for sales and adjusts inventory accordingly
• Updates register system for changes
• Reviews daily cash register reports for reconciliation
• Ensures compliance for account regarding safety and procedures
