As an intern at Ingen Software, Inc. I am learning about each aspect of a computer software business. Currently working as an Oasis sales support team member. In this position I work with the Oasis program and assist customers with support issues. Customer service, bug reporting, software knowledge, and troubleshooting are my main priority in this position. As an Optical Character Recognition data administrator at Acxiom Inc. The member of a four-person team and was in charge of obtaining data from many different sources, changing that data into machine readable text and creating a powerful database. Gathered data sources from all over the world, worked globally with contracted employees, other departments within Acxiom, and customers to ensure that our data was mistake free and reliable. I ran program patches on bulk data, created SQL reports, and worked with Microsoft Office products daily. I attended meetings in person and over the phone with multiple remote locations. Worked as a Business Manager for a natural gas service company. Used Microsoft Office products daily such as Excel, Word, and email. Provided customer service by solving damage to landowner property issues. Preformed regular small business duties daily, banking, bill payment, accounting, billing, invoices, purchasing, tax preparation, crisis management, schedule management and logistics, communications via email, text, and phone. As an Early Educator I was responsible for the early education of three children from the beginning of Kindergarten until 9th grade. We used computer-based education platforms and traditional education curriculum. I am experienced in Curriculum development, creative lesson planning, multi-age classroom management, experiential learning, progress assessment, working knowledge of learning styles, performance coaching, organization, in-service training in education/early childhood development/adolescent studies, persuasive writing, and technical writing.
