Mortar Board Senior Honor Society Pynchon chapter is formed of student leaders who have shown examples of scholarship, leadership, and service. The organization strives to create events on campus to incorporate these three values. As a member, you will be able to create bonds with other seniors and increase visibility on campus.
ODK has 3 purposes: to recognize those who have attained a high standard of efficiency in collegiate activities and to inspire others to strive for the same; to bring together the most representative students in all phases of collegiate life to create an organization which helps to mold the sentiment of the institution; to bring together faculty and students on a basis of mutual interest, understanding, and helpfulness.
RHA advocates for and promotes the interests and desires of resident students. Its goal is to establish official and meaningful connections between residents within the different residential facilities maintained by the University, as well as to offer students leadership opportunities at the University and at local, regional, and national levels.
The Chemistry Club promotes and encourages enthusiasm and knowledge about chemistry. The group strives to erase the stigma and fear that chemistry is difficult. The club provides students with fun and engaging experiments and demonstrations that show the lighter side of chemistry, while educating them on the basics of the subject.
Alpha Lambda Delta is a national honor society for men and women which honors and encourages commendable academic achievement during the first year of college. Its purpose is to promote not only intelligent living, but also a high standard of integrity. It further encourages students in recognizing and developing meaningful goals for their unique roles in society.
