Dylan Murphy

Current: Music Industry/Mass Media student finishing an undergraduate dual degree and minors in Event Planning and Business Communications, with a job at SUNY Oneonta and an internship at Foothills Performing Arts Center. If I'm not answering emails and performing administrative duties in the Student Association office, setting up for a big event in the Foothills, I'm studying my butt off or attending to the 3 Executive Board positions I hold in various clubs on campus. It's either that or passing out on my friends couch from exhaustion! Future: There are so many things I would love to do, but for now I'm looking into getting a job in a school as a teachers assistant when I get out! Also I am starting an internship at Townsquare Media for now. Eventually looking to get my dual in a MM in Music and an MS in Library and Information Science in graduate school (TBD), and further down the road my Masters in Music Education (more likely my Master of Arts in Teaching in Music Education). Would love to work abroad, or at least outside of the northeast, and eventually put my experiences into teaching in schools...and then Universities! That's right, I want to become that nutty professor that only the brave are willing to take his class! This is far down the road, but it doesn't hurt to dream!
