Director Of Administration at Alpha Phi International Fraternity
As the Director of Administration I served on the Executive Council, Chapter Operations Department, and the Program Council. Additionally, I served as the Vice Chairman of the Bylaws Committee. My responsibilities included taking minutes at all Executive Council and Chapter meetings and distributing this information to the executive council, the chapter and all chapter advisors. I kept all records for the chapter, managed the chapter's merit system for more than 200 members, called role at all mandatory meetings, and other events. Finally, I prepared schedules and overseeing arrangements for all visitors such as advisors.
Some of my accomplishments include:
- Created and enforced a merit points system for 200+ members
- Created and updated a calendar including all events (philanthropic and chapter programming) to increase organization of the chapter and help the members plan out these events around their schedules.
- Compiled a weekly PowerPoint that includes each department's agenda to streamline chapter meetings and increase efficiency.

Vice Chairman of the Bylaws Committee at Alpha Phi International Fraternity
The Bylaws Committee is in charge of bringing the Chapter Bylaws into conformity with any changes in the Constitution. In the case of changing any bylaws, the committee notifies the chapter of such changes. The bylaws are reviewed by the committee annually. As the Director of Administration I served as the secretary of the committee and updated the bylaws for distribution once the amendments are passed by chapter vote.
